How the site uses the data
- Only residential homes on the published roll: detached, semi-detached and duplex, townhouse, condo unit and manufactured home where the municipality distinguishes them.
- Similar homes are chosen by a fixed rule: same home type, similar age and size where published, nearest first.
- No personal information: owner names are not published by the municipalities and never shown here.
- Data can contain errors. Check any figure with the municipality before relying on it.
Tax rates
Estimates use each municipality’s 2026 residential rates from its 2026 tax rate bylaw, and the Government of Alberta’s announced 2027 standard education rate. See the 2027 change for sources.
