What we collect

• Searches: the address you look up is used to show the result. It is not stored with anything that identifies you.
• Reports: the home you bought a report for, the time you accepted the terms, and Stripe’s payment reference. Stripe collects your card details and email for the receipt; we never see your card number. A copy of each report and the data it was built from is kept so we can answer questions about it.
• Reminders: your email address, city and the consent you gave, with its date.
• Contact form: your email address and message.
• Server logs: the requested page, time and network address, kept for up to 90 days for security.

What we don’t do

No owner names anywhere. No advertising trackers. We never sell or share your information, except with the service providers below to run the site.

Where it is kept

The site and its database run on a server in Toronto (DigitalOcean). Cloudflare carries traffic to the site. Stripe processes payments and may store payment data outside Canada.

Every reminder email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, use the contact form or write to the address above.
